• Plunderer user change the target to sister
• the initial target ( mc ) need to also consent to change plunderer target
• forget to actually have willpower to kill for a high school girl and didn't get PTSD if 2 requirements meets, girl can't even touch him be4 he get stabbed by mc
• Edit : also she need to touch to copy the skill, And even if she can touch him, she can only copy skill that have the same level as her imitator skill

His bullet( if you talking about skills the villain use for sis to copy) Is lvl 1 also, and he only have it to lure mc sister to touch him ( plunderer need to touch the target directly at least once from the look of it ), also my point still stand that plunderer need both user and target consent to switch target. Ain't no way a scenario " dude since you half dead anyway, can you switch plunderer target to my sis? Please? " Happen ( mc also just know that plunderer work both way of user and target ).

Dumb fight without any tension, the MC could have easily 1 shot the other dude at literally any point during the fight.
