I usually dislike when people complain about not much happening in a chapter... but this once, I'll admit that I'm a bit annoyed at waiting a month for only this much progression. And with thirty pages spent on it at that.

Granted, we did learn a lot. We found out that Claire has an adorably girlish side to her; Claire, Hana, and Rei all apparently like the same anime; Amane is an expert at crane games; Claire's father is the overprotective type; and Amane is about to do his introductory dungeon run with Claire's guild.

But for plot progression, all we got was Amane scoring some points with Claire. Which is nice, sure, but having that be the only thing that really happens left this chapter feeling like it was more fluff than it needed to be.

Excited, this is finally going to ramp up again. We might be able to see him show off a bit. The solo dives are cool due to the unique situations, but it will hopefully be great in a team setting.

Though, if he holds back again, and he slips into the background just to observe, the next few chapters may get boring fairly quickly.
