one thing I do appreciate in this sequel (and in the current arc of Railgun) is how they confirm that Tokiwadai students are hardcore like this all the damn time.
Does Tokiwadai train its students in combat 101 or sth? Cuz I really don't have any other explanation for how well they fight.
