@Kampfarsch Go anywhere what? The author just redrew only the first chapter to celebrate Tokyo Ghoul's anniversary. Of course, he isn't going to redraw the entire series. This is also for the author's own satisfaction as he stated when the series debuted, he didn't have enough skill and couldn't draw Rize as pretty as he wanted.
