I see that you are trying to be historically educated however you have it wrong. What you see as the swastika is actually a Buddhist peace symbol, the Manji. You're not wrong to think it's the same, however the Nazi's took this symbol of peace and flipped it backwards. They also tilted it at an angle. What we see in the manga is the Buddhist peace symbol in it's original form, not the Nazi version.
