Was there any mention of this guy before they just kidnapped & "refresh" his memory? I can't recall seeing him. All the other have at least a chapter or two of "oh, that the guy! Let observe & see if we need to refresh" or " we need some game plan to get close to them". This guy's seem to just poof into existence. Don't even know anything about his role either.
