I get the wordplay but I don't get why he'd react like that

It's a japanese word game where they make the person say pizza 10 times or so and then point to the elbow (hiza) and ask what it is, the person would usually say pizza and lose but here Shoutarou actually says "hisa" and wins. He won the game but stopped saying pizza so he became frustrated.
