Good question! The metadata is actually wrong here, these are promotional side stories, not the pre-serialization.

They are being released alongside the current serialization on the author's PIXIV with the message: 「隣のギャルは口寂しいちゃん」もよろしくお願いします。(Please read Tonari no Gyaru wa Kuchisabishii-chan too)

I reached out for a metadata fix, but no word yet! Hope this helps
