Lol I had longer bangs as a teen, not to the point where it’d cover my eyes (tho it’d prolly end up poking my eyes if I tried) but I guess it’s doubled edged sword you can cover the acne with ur hair tho I only got like one occasionally versus multiple breakouts (although other than parted/slicked back hair I don’t think I’ve seen too many animanga girl designs rarely not having bangs lol, tho I’d rather have acne on my forehead than under my scalp bc can’t rly control that much since I assume most wouldn’t wanna do a close shave on their heads lol)

That said given how obsessed Japan is with their bathing culture I wouldn’t be surprised if that was enough or even specific JP brand shampoo being “enough” to where it wouldn’t be too bad during the day or good quality skincare products
