So that’s what happened to the rest of her family… was wondering why it seemed like it was just her and her father… explains why she seemed so distant even then.
And no more Q&A sessions, I guess? Last volume-end extra chapter I did note there really wasn’t much more to reveal, so I guess it doesn’t really serve a purpose, now, as far as drip-feeding clues to Tsukasa’s mystery that is now all revealed, more or less.
Nasa being jealous for a bit of Shotoku because he might have known Tsukasa better than he does, but at the same time there‘s so much more for Nasa to learn about her than Shotoku ever could, since she’s lived for over a thousand years beyond his time. She’s probably changed as a person, to some extent, during all of that, not to mention all the things she experienced she could share with Nasa. In fact, I’m sure she isn’t the same as she was then. She seems so much more like a normal girl than she has in flashbacks to that time. Maybe part of that is her time with Nasa, but Tokiko might have had a hand in it, too. And who knows if there were others she allowed almost as close as Tokiko before that who influenced her…
