Scanlators purged the title, I think. Though the first page with margin text says, according to my Google app Lens translation:
"Even if it is trivial, there is love. Everyday life as a married couple is a happy one. Here are 10 such pages."
If that counts as the title, I dunno, but that's all I have to work with here.
And I meant to mention this last chapter, but I think Tsukasa's line repeated at the start here is meant to be sort of like saying, 'as long as you only look at me like that', essentially. At least, that's the impression I'm getting, but the rest of the chapter does kinda feel like it might be literally as shown.
... further evidence to suggest they haven't gone much further than kissing, hugging, cuddling, and maybe a bit of fondling, I suppose, with the subsequent line of thinking. I guess people really did go overboard imagining their hanky-panky, especially after the revelation that Toast keeps them from getting too friendly at night in the last Extra/Omake. And the Chapter 53 that gets a callback here. And in general it really hasn't sounded like they've gone further than 'second base', as it were, considering what they're still uncomfortable thinking about doing as it is.
I also want to believe the elixir's effects would make it a bad idea to pursue actual sex just yet, anyway. If Hata has thought of it, it would make it not at all fun for Tsukasa, and thus Nasa wouldn't dare try for fear of causing her suffering, or, worst case, somehow the effects would cause him pain and physical harm as his manhood gets crushed in an unpleasant way. Nice job, horny fugs, you made him unable to have sex anymore. Long and short, I feel like they shouldn't even think about doing it until they get her problem sorted.
And yep... the usual pattern repeats. This really is a running gag, isn't it, where Nasa starts running through potential flirty scenarios, then Tsukasa walks in on him and just observes for a bit before calling him out on his sus behavior...
