To be honest, I recommend people check the other translation. This one feels really inconsistent and messy at points with the dialog and the narration. Especially that opening that feels very clearly meant to be from Kaguya's perspective directed at the people from 1400 years ago, and then directed at Tsukasa for being the one to, in part, fulfill her wish. I spell it out pretty well in the comments for the other translation. This one here feels like it erroneously tries to imply it is a narration from Tsukasa with the ending that exactly replicates earlier depictions of that very scene.
The dialog issues come from near the end, in particular, where Kaguya and the girls talk incongruously about Kaguya beating up Nasa to try and jog his memories. Kurenai shouldn't be saying that Nasa hit Kaguya, as that never and would never happen, for instance, and I'm pretty sure Inukai would be insisting that she should mind Nasa, at least enough to remember his name. It really does feel like her friends are mildly chiding her for her insensitivity towards Nasa, or at least that they should be, but this translation failed to convey that.
