We all know he manages to get close to her, though… at least according to the legend. We’ll see how this interpretation goes. Wasn’t expecting Tsukasa (only known as Iwakasa’s daughter at this time) to meet the emperor, but I suppose it wasn’t entirely out of the realm of possibility, considering who her father is.
