Yep, once again. Saw this coming from miles away. All the cliche behavioral patterns where in place (shy, blushes all the time, emotional unrest), as well as subtle artstyle changes after it was revealed that this is not the real Melk. If a male character shows signs of these patterns, it's either a Komatsu-like character, meaning a physical weakling with his unique strengths (in contrast with the badass and comparably calm action hero characters), or a cheap setup for a gender flip reveal. What is it with this shitty trope being so common in manga? Just stop it. Utterly pointless and boring. 😒
