With the moon’s destruction, the Earth will now be unstable. The moon was needed to control the earths axis and Ocean Tide. Which allowed Stable climates. The author sure wanted to make GOD look impressive huh? Guess he knew that making GOD a frog of all things should make many disappointed. Of course, he does this at the cost of realism and consistency. Bad writing decision after bad writing decision, such as adding and dropping fighting concepts at the drop of a hat, resulted in this manga getting Axed. This, and Toei are to blame.
Also GOD’s capture level is 10,000. Let that sink in for a moment. I think at this point even he knew he messed up the capture levels, he’s only keeping for mechanic consistency. Let’s look back to the beginning, Toriko could handle capture level 8s with relative ease like the Gala Crocodile, but had trouble with the 30s and above. Now he’s able to handle guys in the thousands. What the heck is this power creep?
