That move Saki pulled by acknowledging Nanasawa-san in front of the audience could mean entire worlds... for her at least. It's right when she thinks she's just an irrelevant glitch in the system with no right to stay where she currently is, with Saki's acknowledgement being broadcasted into the entire room basically embedding Nanasawa's existence into that timeline.
She's not in the right time period, but she's undeniably there and is part of the reason why everything (the film, the club, even just Saki and Nanasawa-chan being together at that time) is what it is.
