As a backstory: there was 2 / 3 groups working on these indepnedently

1. "Look Away" Scanslation / bluenoirblues​

1. They often had notes when thing was last seen, how it comes back​

2. often posted on bato.to

2. Cloudless Komorebi / UncloudedKomobebi / no group​

1. These didn't have credit pages​

2. This group didn't have credit name....​

3. they caught up to the raws, around ch 53.1​

1. was a wonder if they would release after raws was release​

Now another group is picking these up again.

I think ch 39 was the latest official that you read, which releases by volume

Hard to say, it flood could be from natural causes. In the previous chapter, they mentioned how there is a bit of a drought, which may be the cause

thunder (uira) and earth (sarasa) talking about water right when the flood is about to happen strongly suggests a connection though, water spirit may not specifically be the cause of flood, but could mean flood will cause water to reunite with thunder and earth
