the italian ver does have them (although they redrew them in) so could ask them for their clean ver or scanlate from their version

other than that all manga that is censored this way is uncensored in the volume releases so you'd have to buy that for like 7 bucks on bookwalker or alternatives and use trickery to get the pages, well if you did that you could also scanlate the omakes if they exist

My commissioner still wanted me to retranslate this solely just for him so he can reread this series again in full

I appreciate seeing a different translators take on this. Uncensored is great but the lack of it is hardly a deal breaker.

Japanese language volumes are around $6 for the Kindle version. Perhaps interested readers could buy them if there is a way to extract the images. I might have a go at it myself.

I guess I don't quite see why it was worth spending money for nothing but a retranslation that could be done decently well on your own nowadays thanks to machine learning (though that doesn't include typesetting and all that jazz, kudos to the TL for doing that solo) while still using the same censored raws. Like, if I'm putting money down just to optimize my horny manga reading experience, I would 100% want it to be using the uncensored volume raws for the complete upgrade.

This is four pages of lewds, in this chapter that ain't a big deal.
What is a big deal in my book is a chapter heavy in dialogue that is unpleasant to read and understand.

Maybe we can source better, uncensored raws down the line and re-up the chapter, but it's not a deal breaker to delay this chapter getting a fresh take.

I consider this an effort for the community, by the community, if someone wants to contribute by getting high quality raws, I am all for it and applaud it.

Ch. 47 to 49 were done by Shinsei Scans (from what I can find from other corners of the net).
The group was last active Nov 17, 2024 so one can hopefully assume they are not dead though all the discord invites are invalidated.

I emailed them so maybe they will be merciful and re-up the chapters.
