She's a sweet girl hope she get's a normal heart and normal life. I still think Ryusei is an asshole though while Kiryu was always an asshole but atleast he is funny/badass.

I THINK that the plan for Kiryu always was to have Ryusei have the heart, having Garcia to die (even if he took out Ryusei twice) to have his heart beating to him would make him feeling that he's alive because of Garcia's heart.
Having Yuki meeting with Ryusei, see her as a warm & ordinary girl that was "set up" to have the heart transplant from Garcia whcih Ryusei took because he was actively dying by that point.

Kiryu couldn't have a more dramatic, convoluted plot for having his "own" successor than this.
