(you probably already know this but there is a phenomena where a person strips when they're freezing to death, in over 65% of cases of this kind in sweden alcohol was involved. Something about the person feeling too hot likely cause their blood vessel constriction is messed up, vessels dilating = hot,hence the stripping, another reason could be brain damage messing up temperature regulation.)
