I note that the other two groups translated this such that she had not identified herself when she wrote in his yearbook, which would make his failure to respond immediately somewhat more understandable.

And the four chapter was scanlated by a different group from the three that have done chapter 1.

Not replying till she graduated feels like a dick move even if he didn't immediately read her confession or realize it was her.

@Acolytus I don’t think she wrote her name, so that’d be more her fault. If he didn’t do it purposefully, how is it a dick move?

@liquidsword At some point before her graduation he should have realized and decided to not tell her so he could pull this trick.

Though from the way she talks about it and how sure he is that she wrote that message, I get the feeling she actually wrote her name or at least did something that made it clear it was her.

It would be very unlikely but not impossible that he'd not seen that in the yearbook until, with graduation approaching, he was reminded of the yearbook and flipped through it.

The other scanlations each made it clear that she'd not identified herself. They might have done so in error, but the scanlators for this upload did not respond to my making that point; for now, I think that she probably didn't, but I probably couldn't understand the original even if I had it.
