So, in the end that beardy is an enemy as well, on the side of the stupid mob looking for a scapegoat. So much for finding an experienced ally. But then again, I should have expected it because he was in the security forces himself. We learned from the beginning those security forces were composed of corrupt scumbags. He's simply one of them, despite pretended to be something better.
Too bad the MC is such a monkey brain he will never learn. He will just keep trusting people and getting backstabbed time after time. The literal monkey seemed to be a faster learner than he is.
MC should just make himself scarce, taking only the bimbo with him, maybe the big sis if she wants to follow. Definitely don't take that beardy, who chose the mob's side.
