This needs a Sexual Violence tag even if "it" was "non-violent".

Joseis can be a bit odd sometimes.

Erotica with shoujo elements in it. The story so far can be boiled down to a handsome student taking advantage of a confused girl repeatedly. If you despise rape in stories, it's best to turn back now.

Judging by the Japanese reviews, the readers seemed to like the series so far. A few reviewers mentioned the girl will become more attached to Saito and end up liking him? Seriously? Good thing work is in fantasyland.

It's Josei, which is usually written for adult women (often horny and bored with their husband). That entry's subsection on romance says that sexual encounters are commonplace. The subsection on pornography says:

Pornographic josei manga shares many common traits with pornographic manga for a heterosexual male audience, though stories are typically written from a female rather than male point of view.[30] Traits common to heterosexual pornography, such as female domination and objectification, similarly recur in pornographic josei manga; a common story formula in josei pornography is one in which a shy and intelligent woman is transformed into a nymphomaniac or a sex slave.
I have heard but cannot verify that Japanese women are avid consumers of NTR pornography. That's believable considering the "nymphomaniac or sex slave" part above. Maybe they fantasize about a man that can make them fall hard enough to leave their family.

I wouldn't be surprised. This manga is pretty up there in the rankings in terms of popularity.
