The only thing that has been established is that Bai Linshui actively made a choice that harmed her partner while they were together and caused them to be separated. The story has not brought forth any details that the Aunty actually did anything while they were together to betray Bai Linshui's trust. Bai Linshui doesn't regret the choice she made at all, she regrets the consequence of that choice. If she actually regretted her choice then she wouldn't pretend that things were as they used to be during their reunion then using Aunty's lingering feelings for her to manipulate them into getting back together with her.
