Trying to find old manga

Trying to find an old manga i read.

It was a romance about a short guy who was a delinquent and boss of his high school, and a tall cool/shy girl who was the prince of her girls high school.

Not a lot of details to go off, its been a while!

*(about the guy) How short are we talking about? And is this manga or more of the long strip webcomic?

I'd say guy was like 10-15cm shorter than average? And it was a regular manga. It's old enough that webtoons weren't popular/common when it came out.
