Trying to find this manga

Been trying to track down a series I came across ages ago, but no luck. Boy living/hanging out with a caveman girl (possibly an orc since she's way taller than him?) in Japan, and her speech isn't very fluent, it's pretty much what you'd imagine a caveman to speak like.. I really only remember a specific scene which I'll tag spoiler just to be safe but

it has him being talked to by another girl in the living room about how he's got feelings for the larger girl and how he should tell her. He does go to tell her and goes outside (I think it was raining in the scene) and she kind of accepts from what I remember.

My friend tried to help me track this down before and we didn't have any luck, so any help is appreciated.
