Trying to post a manga and I don't get any notifications saying accepted/processing/declined

I tried to post English chapters to a manga https://mangadex.org/title/2921ec42-c857-48bc-a540-81ea4fdcfcf1/wakfu
Right now only Italian chapters are there.
I am not getting any notifications saying it was rejected or accepted, it just vanishes.

From other post in reddit about uploading for the first time, it seems that there is no indication for users during the process of the first review (the first upload need manual review to ensure is not against the rules), so you have to wait max two days to check if the chapter is up, also if you didn't receive an answer here in max two days, contact them in Discord, it will be easier

that sound that it was rejected, you should definitely contact them in Discord, currently there are no moderators on duty in the forum

That is very odd that there is no mods lol. People can cause all kinds of chaos with that.

In desktop is visible if there is any mod connected, and they check the forum when they have free time from other task and jobs
