Trying to remember a manga, it's killing me, please help

It was about a high school guy who tended to keep to himself and a girl who basically wanted to be isekai'd. The girl ends up getting the guy to join her club where they try to find ways to go to another world and in each chapter it looks like they're isekai'd but really it's just the main girl's delusions. There was one more quiet girl in the club and the MC's childhood friend who I don't think was in the club but was curious about it.

In the latest chapter I remember reading I think the club was paintballing, or something like that, and the childhood friend starts remembering her history with the main MC and labels herself as a big sister.
