Trying to remember the name of a manga

I can only remember some details, so bear with me here. The premise is two women have been living together for 5ish years out of college. The older of the two (I think) is into the younger one, but doesn't want to make a move because she's straight. Something forces them get separate apartments (work, I think. This doesn't actually end up happening, though). The older woman ends up telling the younger how she feels, and the younger one accepts because their relationship has become co-dependent. I probably read this within the last year, but I doubt it's been updated recently. I remember for sure there were more than five chapters at the time.
