Wow! So Haruta indeed knows everything about the Future Labratory and the mechanical cell transplants since the age of 18 when his parents told them, and is even affiliated with them to help.

So, the director, Mitsuba got into a conference room alone with him to thank him for everything he's done, by calling the ambulance and informing them of Ichika falling down the stairs.

He also reveals to Mitsuba that Izumi is figuring out that Ichika's body is abnormal, but he believes that he's unaware of his own body.
Very interesting reveal.
