Miyamori, back with the Bartender from Chapter 10, reveals to him that Ichika is truly a candid kind woman, and not fake.
The bartender expresses how glad he is that she found a good friend, but Miyamori stubbornly refuses to befriend or like her.
After she leaves, the Bartender receives a call and reports to someone about how Miyamori isn't hostile or suspicious of Ichika anymore as being fake, while confirming that the one-on-one training was the right call for that.
The ID Call reveals "So-chan", with the Bartender happily looks at his phone after ending their call.
(So-chan didn't recognize Miyamori's nickname of Neko, and they also asked if the Bartender has met Ichika in person yet, which he hasn't.
So, the most obvious candidate could be Director Mitsuba, but their hair and eye colors don't match, nor of Kozuki, so I think it's someone else from the department.
So-chan also told the Bartender he's getting too familiar with Miyamori.)
An unknown black haired woman (who seems like a past fake friend bully) in the streets, notices Miyamori's ad, calling her "You liar..." while grinning.
Afterwards, Miyamori steps out from the washroom and greets Ichika who awkwardly greets her back.
A colleague then directly asks if she plagiarized the promo art of her ad.
(Based on Miyamori and Ichika's work in Chapter 17, there's no sign of them choosing a copyright image except for Ichika changing the color, so I don't think her or Ichika are to blame... maybe that bully is somehow, or Miyamori truly made the mistake of accidentally choosing a copyright image from a user's blog indirectly.
... I wonder if Miyamori will blame poor Ichika.)
