Please manga gods. There must be a story. A story were some jackass pulls this "I'm going to kill you!" surprise attack (but it's really just a test) -- and the testee kills the jackass. Someone attacks me out of nowhere announcing his intention to kill me, then I'm going to kill the guy in self-defense.

Also: Dumbass MC. "Gee why would they be interested in little old me?" (Who managed to survive in twilight for two years, has freaky powers, and easily beat an A rank swordswoman.) Implausible stupidity.
