Looks like we readers would also have to wait just as long as how Tia and the others waited until they got to see Ed again.
But it is indeed quite interesting seeing how they managed to do so. I mean, if Tia's world manages to invent inter-universal travel, it actually means they can also help Ed get back to his home universe, and he might no longer need that nexus hub he returns to everytime he finishes a world.

Oh man, seeing Tia's determination to get to him is great. She is fixed on getting to him and will not stop. She miss her man (she said as much at the end of last chapter).

If the demon world is where this circle will be placed, what if it is where Ed left the world and Tia died the first time before Ed reset everything? It would be symbolic for the both of them as that is where they died in that world, but also if it is where Ed left would a lot of magic be around that place as a result of being teleported out?

Seeing the trio do their stuff after Ed is awesome, and honestly I’m a bit worried just how far Tia is willing to go. We know she meets with our MC eventually, but the price she pays and the time spent apart is super interesting to see.

It's also a nice epilogue for world one. We see how it's doing well like Ed thought it would be after his first run. And as overs have commented it reduces any flashbacks when we finally get to see Tia andEd talk.

I imagine the god that has been moving Ed throughout these worlds is aware of what Tia is attempting to do by reaching him and is just kind of letting it happen.

I don’t know much about the god, but I wonder if they would impose a price on Tia in any way for her to use the magic to teleport to him. If anything I feel like the god would be happy to have another capable person to go to all the other worlds with Ed and make everything right.

Honestly, I'm surprised to see what feels like an extended epilogue of world 1 after Ed's departure, but I'm really happy to see it. It's nice to see the world and characters doing well. Especially since I'm not ready to part with them just yet (I LOVE Alexis, I'm gonna miss him so much). Of course, it's also nice to see the journey Tia took to reach Ed.

The problem is how it’s been done. If we had a proper chapter of their reunion and then Ed asked her how she found him then we did the flashback it would be a lot less frustrating.

This is pretty much what is going to happen unfortunately. With how much extra time is being spent on this backstory, especially as a monthly manga, it will probably end after this "arc" or after they go the next world.
