And to answer your question. Depends on the group. Some have agents that monitor sites such as MD for their content, while others ddon't. And no, just because content their clients produce appears on a translation site, doesn't automatically mean they send out a takedown request.

Looks like we readers would also have to wait just as long as how Tia and the others waited until they got to see Ed again.
But it is indeed quite interesting seeing how they managed to do so. I mean, if Tia's world manages to invent inter-universal travel, it actually means they can also help Ed get back to his home universe, and he might no longer need that nexus hub he returns to everytime he finishes a world.

I am itching to read it also... but I wonder if this backstory is important. After all, Tia is making certain choices that may end up having serious consequences to that world. What Rouge is hinting at is the ability to harness huge amounts of magical energy and channel it through a magic circle. Depending on what else is that thesis, we don't know if this is a one-off or once Tia transcends to whether Ed is, the circle is left gathering magical energy, or if there is backlash, or worse, if gathering that much power may be something that denizens of the Demon World can sense and may want to hijack. We know that Tia got out of there safely... but we don't know if she accidentally fucked up that world in the process.
