Re: "Anime Tokusatsu"; while I'm far from an expert, there are definitely some tokusatsus that play out like live-action anime. There are pratfalls and exaggerated reactions, and something about the editing really evokes an "anime" like feeling. I'm only familiar with Kamen Rider (and not a huge amount of that), but of the ones I've watched, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Build (especially the former) would fall into that category. Maybe Kabuto, at times. So I could see there being a term to distinguish that sort of over-the-top tokusatsu from something like Kamen Rider Kuuga, which is a lot more grounded and drama-like. So yeah, that might be a thing.

Edit: Actually, Kuuga's antagonists dress like JJBA characters, so it might fall into that category too, in some ways...
