From what I've learned, this isn't particularly eccentric behavior in Japan.

If not for all the smiles those characters are sporting (for no reason), it wouldn't be strange in my corner of Europe either. They were smiling even before greeting each other, which caught my attention.

Nothing excentric here. Just a woman who enjoys peace and quiet.
People who are constantly trying to babbel to everyone and want to cling together in as large a group as possible while making as much noise as possible exhibit excentric behavior.
