Interestingly, I couldn't find the steamed chicken and cucumber recipe on Tsukuoki's website. The chicken is seasoned with just half tbsp of sugar and a pinch of salt, then cooked in water for 60 minutes. Why does it have to be 60 minutes, and how much water for one piece of chicken breast? If you submerge the chicken in the water, then it is no longer steaming, isn't it?
