With this manga's genre, it's more unusual if they don't get together. The real question is if the story will end the moment they confess (or worse, at the bloody last page) or it's only implied they get married, and how more contrived misunderstanding they can cram in.

Checking the raws yeah, chapter is 12 pages (-1 cuz group credits page), but to be fair, alot of the chapters in this serie are 12-14 pages with some being around 20

this is a non-Reiwa in the middle of Reiwa
it seemed like Reiwa but the mangaka couldn't bring himself to do it
so he made the safe, herbivore, low self esteem main character and the series will end on the confession
