Well, author has 4 weeks until the next chapter...If there isn't something at that point, I don't think there ever will be.

because she was supposed to be the driving motivation of the MC. Notice when the chapter is not about "We HaVe To HiDe OuR rElAtIoNsHiP", MC keeps yapping that he want to find his sister secret and then 2 pages later forget about it as soon as he arrived at the cafe.

Yeah it would have been much better if he just was there trying to learn more about his sister and what made her happy. Maybe like, he realizes that she was suffering from depression for a while or something and just spends time there to think about her.

I am confident that this part of the plot didn't need to be this way and it would still work as a story.
