I know this might sound harsh, but Author need to start the sister storyline as soon as possible. Latest chapters have always been about how to keep their relationship a secret. I really don't want this manga to end up like "Dreaming With You".

I'm 99% certain the author put no additional thought into the sister aside from that first chapter.

Joke will be on us when it turns out she just exists in MC's head and this whole house of (extremely cute) cards collapses into horror

This author seems to like the plot device of people not asking or forgetting about what they want to ask and then focusing on something else instead:

• MC wants to ask about his sister, but doesn't.
• Mochizuki wanted to ask about Tsurumi and MC's relationship but then started thinking about donuts.
• And Tsurumi has overall problems with communication, and doesn't say what's on her mind.
