Funny enough, selling Tsuyoshi's brand/name might actually be really, really good

He's already well-known urban legend for martial artists, so if Teru go "you can pay us to go into trial, if you beat everyone, you can fight Tsuyoshi"

This way, every violent people on Teru's control(his 2 lackey, etc) got to test their might and train, and if those 2/everyone else failed, Teru can clean up the deal for 90% of the challenger

For Tsuyoshi, it's a passive income that just kept giving luscious amount of money and he hardly do anything
