At this point, I’m honestly not sure if she’s being creepy and weird on purpose. I wouldn’t be surprised if she had trouble fitting in and being normal, and is just trying to make sure her son doesn’t experience the same. But again, she doesn’t know how to act normal so she doesn’t know how to communicate that in a comforting way.
