if it help you, the way i work my projects is dividing the process 1.-the translation, in this point i usually translate 3 or 4 volumes 2.-clean/redraw 3.-typping 4.-quality check 5.-upload chapter, this order is important because in the 2nd point you can have a space to think in better forms to do a phrase or search slang, in the 3rd point you have the chance to see errors that you can fix and the 4th point allow you to give an extra quality, belive me this method help me to improve my translation and upload faster without sacrifice so much quality, and if you want to upload faster remember you must translate a big amount of chapters first, don't translate one chapter and then edit that chapter it take more time, and use some sofware as word to save and separate the chapters and volumes, i hope this can help you

Oh yeah, You are right (Fixed it). I did this at night so I guess my brainpower is at low power then. I understand Japanese "a bit" but still struggle at reading them (right now I'm still using an OCR).

that's a neat idea, I did one chapter at at time right now, it's mainly to trying to recruit more people. I guess I will translate 1 volume first or something.

Actually, what were they doing going behind Karate guy's back and fighting MC? They all agreed they'd have to beat Karate guy first. Also why is no one calling them out for breaking the other agreement? One fight with MC only; which they already had.

I feel like they're all getting away with scummy actions and no one is saying anything - following the MC and disrupting his private life, lying to karate guy and trying to go around him; That kid bursting into someone's home to start and fight and destroying the furniture (and almost killing the fat guy); The Chinese lady purposely putting MC in danger so he'd fight, not forgetting she is spying on MC and lying to him...

Is anyone going to be called out? The only good guy is Karate guy, who reflected on his persistent attitude to MC, and wasn't even that bad. Everyone else deserves to be punched in the nuts by MC, even if they don't have nuts.

don't worry, i also do it by myself and do that help a lot, well and if you want i can give you the word docs that i use to traduce it contains the japanese dialogs and the spanish translation, i have all the volumes
