@Krusek Yes, it did. I believe youtuber kenny lauderdale explained that in his second video talking about Twinkle Nora.

The fact that someone was able to dig it up, and then have someone translate it, fascinates me far more.

Wowwww, this is MUCH different than the first Nora manga.
Not surprising, considering the poor quality of the Twinkle Nora Rock Me ova...
I guess they were trying to make this manga a parody of the first Nora series?
Not sure I'm really sold on it yet, but I'm curious to see more.
