Wait a second, why is Himuro the only one with a different naming order? Makidera and Saegusa both indroduced themselves with "first name > surname", but she used "surname > first name". Her first name is Kane. They also call Rin "Tohsaka Rin" soon after, which is "surname > first name" too, so shouldn't they have used "Makidera Kaede" and "Saegusa Yukika" instead?
