Yeah, looks like it's actually 4.1 and 4.2, or something.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's intentionally an unfinished cliffhanger though (vs like, a missing 4.3), because in this chapter it's supposed to be presented as a mystery who the kid is, but all the implications point to it being a de-powered Nuruhachi. So it might be that we'll see the end of that fight a little later once Takumi actually figures out that the kid actually is Nuruhachi (vs just being related to her).
