Yeah, looks like it's actually 4.1 and 4.2, or something.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's intentionally an unfinished cliffhanger though (vs like, a missing 4.3), because in this chapter it's supposed to be presented as a mystery who the kid is, but all the implications point to it being a de-powered Nuruhachi. So it might be that we'll see the end of that fight a little later once Takumi actually figures out that the kid actually is Nuruhachi (vs just being related to her).

It's probably abridging the source material, though it's not uncommon for some light novels to just break neck pace like this.
