IDK man, he obviously likes her and missed her but still won't smash! Sure, someone who comes on THIS strong can be a turn off but my man was fighting until the end. I honestly don't expect any relationship progress in the last chapter (and we KNOW he won't get his dick wet). She's going to be waiting a LONG time to get any action from this guy.
