Very interesting and philosophical chapter. I didn't realize that the maid and her family had such a tragic backstory. It'd be even more tragic if the overabundance of isekai copy and paste out there didn't take all the drama out of death, particularly the truck-related kind.

Now it just feels like her father's going to be piloting a dragon in another world surrounded by animal eared girls that fawn over him too much while he's exasperated because he just wanted to spend more time with his family. Which is a tragedy of a different sort though, unfortunately.
