I am starting to think that the only reason there is a romance tag is because the masochist is in love with the maid…

Otherwise we will probably have a last chapter with a long timeskip to when Misha is 18 and where she for some reason fell in love with the maid

I completely agree. Outside of maybe the 1st Lt., there has pretty much been no outright romantic attraction in all of these 47 chapters. and even 1st Lt.'s affections could be categorized in with the one-sided obsessions.
