I wouldn't call it a snipe since their last chapter that they uploaded was 12 days ago(hell, they translated all the chapters up to this point) but for the rest of your points, agreed.

Nah, mali888 who released chapter 11 last week is part of the FF group that did the first batch. He released that chapter pretty much the same day as the free version went live.

This new guy is doing the same thing, except he's actually buying the new chapters, not doing anything with them and still asking money for it

As for the raws, you can see them on https://yanmaga.jp/comics/上野くんは開発済み for free anyway, the latest chapter gets paywalled for a week and then it's public afterwards, there's really no reason to pay alonescans for it. If you wanna pay someone, support the author, the chapters are cheap af (like 100 yen each).

We still intend to do this manga and release our translations too.
